- Device identifiers (mobile app only): a non-personal device/session identifier used to connect to the live stream reliably.
2.3 Information We Do Not Collect
We do not knowingly collect payment card details, government ID numbers, or precise GPS location through the Service.
3. How We Use Information
- To stream live and scheduled programs and keep playback synchronized across listeners.
- To determine which regional advertisements or programs apply to your general location.

6. Mobile App Permissions
The Radio Asia mobile app may request the following permissions, used only for the stated purpose:

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including access controls and password protection for admin accounts — to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
